I have been a member here for over 5 years. My skin has been transformed. I am aging backwards and it’s all thanks to everyone at the Old City Med Spa. I used to never go out without makeup because I didn’t like the way my skin looked. Now I get compliments on my skin without makeup and my friends and family say that my skin has never looked so good and I am 50 years old. They brought my confidence back and I can’t recommend them enough!!
Great customer service on the phone in person and by technology. My provider, Kaitlyn, is so lovely and knowledgeable. I recommend Old City Med Spa to anyone who seems like they would want services that are provided. My mom came with me just to wait, and the lovely staff answered her questions about services, and she scheduled an appointment with excellent results. We are both looking to extend our services soon.
I had a beyond excellent experience with Katelyn for my lip filler and Botox treatments. She was professional, attentive, so sweet, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The results exceeded my expectations! Katelyn’s expertise and care for her clients made the entire process smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend her and their entire staff to anyone considering aesthetic treatments!
